Transformation Contract

Thank you for choosing me for your Grey Blending Transformation. I am truly excited to embark on this journey with you! This is an important step in embracing your natural beauty, and I’m here to guide you through the process with care, expertise and dedication. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable throughout every stage of the transformation. During your visit to my salon in Burton Joyce Nottinghamshire, you will experience a bespoke grey blending service tailored to your unique needs. On making your experience more enjoyable, I will provide you with recommendations for local places to stay, dine and visit. Which will be included in your patch test that will be posted out to your home address. Please read the following terms carefully, as they form the legal basis of our working relationship.

1. Consultation Fee
​
The consultation fee of £150 is non- refundable under any circumstances. It is, however,
deducted from the total transformation investment. This fee covers our initial consultation, during which I will assess your hair, discuss your expectations, lifestyle, and preferences, and develop a bespoke grey blending plan.

2. Transformations & Payment Terms
​

Cooling-Off Period: You are entitled to a 14-daycooling-off period after making your first or full payment. If you decide to cancel your transformation within this period, you will l receive a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Cancellation Within 1 Month of First Appointment: If you cancel within one month of your first appointment, a cancellation fee of applies, plus any applicable processing fees.

Cancellation During Transformation: Once the transformation process has begun (i.e., your first in-salon session is complete), no refund will be given.

Hair Dye During Transformation: Dyeing your hair during the process without consultation will result in termination with no refund.

3. Payment Schedule
​
The total investment for your transformation is: £2249.
​
Payment must be made in full before the transformation starts or according to the agreed instalment plan. Any missed payments will result in cancellation of future appointments and forfeiture of previous payments.

4. What’s Included In the Transformation.
​
The transformation typically spans a time frame of 3-6months.
​
Appointments may include:

Personalised colour services (including bleach or toning)

Blow-dries
-
Haircuts if required
-
Professional starter kit of products used within your appointment.

The number frequency, and nature of the appointments are determined by professional judgement and tailored as your hair responds to the process
​
5. Transformation Journey & Commitment
​
Each transformation is designed to suit your hair, lifestyle, and goals. At your first
appointment, we will agree on the plan and outcome.
Major changes mid-way (e.g., altering the colour direction) may void this agreement, and no refund will be issued.

Maintenance appointments are recommended every 3–9months after the transformation.
​
6. Hair Health & Condition
​
Your hair’s condition is crucial. If it is compromised by prior bleaching, heat ,or chemical
damage, the transformation may be paused. Colour will not be applied if your hair is not in a healthy state. Clients may be advised to carry out restoration treatments before beginning.
Severely damaged hair may limit the achievable results. Integrity of your hair will always be the top priority.

7. Use of Photos and Videos
​
Photographs and/or videos may be taken during your appointment to ensure continuity of service and to maintain accurate records of your treatment. These images may also be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites and promotional materials.

Prior to any use of such images for marketing or social media purposes, you will be asked to confirm your preferences regarding how your images may be used. Clients may choose to:

Consent to being featured fully on social media.

Consent to being featured with their face obscured or blurred.

Decline to be featured on social media entirely.
Your preferences will be recorded and respected at all times.
8. Liability

I am not liable for delay or loss of service due to circumstances beyond my control,
including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Illness or hospitalisation
-
Technical issues
-
Client unavailability due to uncommunicated contact changes
Every effort will be made to reschedule appropriately.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Follow the patch test procedure

Disclose medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities Failure to do so releases me from liability if issues a rise during services.

10. Governing Law
​
This contract is governed by the laws of the UK.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of these courts.
​
11. Severability
​
If any part of this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains fully
effective. Invalid parts will be replaced with provisions that reflect the original intent as
closely as possible.
​
12. Changes to the Contract
​
I may update the contract terms at any time. You will be notified of changes in writing. If you do not accept the new terms, services may be terminated.

13. GDPR & Data Protection
​
In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any personal data you share with me —including contact details, consultation notes, and photos/videos —will be handled with strict confidentiality and used only for the purposes outlined in this agreement. Your data will be:

Stored securely in password-protected systems.

Used only for the delivery of agreed services and marketing (if consented).

Not shared with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.

Retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the service or meet legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

14. Entire Agreement
​
This document represents the full agreement between us Any previous discussions or agreements are replaced by this contract. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

15. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
​
By proceeding with your booking or appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. You will be asked to verbally or electronically confirm your agreement prior to your appointment.
Your confirmation will act as verification of your consent in place of a physical signature.
